Repeat Prescriptions

pill_bottlePatients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

By email


If you have registered for online appointment booking you will also be able to order your prescriptions - follow the link below for Patient Access.   If not  please ask receptionists for details of how to register for on line booking.

From 29th June please use Patient Access for ordering medication (you will need a new password and user details please ask at reception) Patient Access for prescription & appointments

By telephone

  • Cantilupe Surgery – (01432 267266) prescription lines open 08:30 – 18:00 Monday – Friday.
  • Hampton Dene Surgery – (01432 276429) prescription lines open 11:30 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday (closed 12:45 – 13:45) and 09:30 – 12:30 on Friday)

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.

By fax

Pharmacy Services

Most pharmacies, if requested, will collect and make up your prescription ready for collection - please check with your pharmacist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
