Prescription phone line closing

From 1.6.22 you will no longer be able to order prescriptions via our telephone lines.

This difficult decision to switch off the telephone line has been made to ensure patient safety when requesting medication.

There are many alternative ways that you can order your prescriptions:-
 Online Patient Access
 NHS App
 Email [email protected]
 By post/ hand delivered
 Completing a prescription form at the surgery & posting in the provided red post box in the foyer
 Representatives can also order prescriptions for you and with your consent, application form & I.D they can have proxy access to do so via patient access.
