Appointments Information

How to See a Doctor at the Surgery

We are currently speaking to all patients who would like a GP appointment prior to you attending. This way, only patients who clinically need to come down to us are booked in. There are lots of things we can manage for your over the phone or via video call now and we will help you with this if we need to do that.

As you can imagine, our waiting rooms will only allow a limited number of patients at any one time so we have to manage this as best we can. We are also experiencing a large increase in demand for our services so please be patient with us and our staff.

You can continue to book Nurse and Health care assistant appointments in advance. They are however, also seeing less patients than before due to distancing to keep you safe and the need to clean their rooms additionally.

If you wish to have a chaperone present, please mention this when making your appointment.
